Ingredients
3/4 Cup Vegan Mayonnaise (Sir Kensington’s)
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg’s)
1/4 Cup Liquid Aminos (Bragg’s or Coconut Aminos)
3/4 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
1/2 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts
2 TBSP Garlic, Chopped
1/4 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 TBSP toasted Sesame seeds
1/2 Tsp Himalayan sea salt
Pinch of Red pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except for dry roasted peanuts and sesame oil and red pepper flakes) to blender and blend for 1 minute
- Add in dry roasted peanuts and sesame oil and pulse in blender until peanuts are crunchy and add in red pepper flakes at the end
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
